For the past 4 years, SXS have been the preferred production partner, helping it grow from humble beginnings at the Park Plaza Westminster, to a 2-day, 3000+ delegate conference and exhibition at Old Billingsgate Market.
For 2018 we designed an all-new Keynote theatre, with a set centred around the PI Live brand language, and incorporating 3x LED walls for content display and camera relay. The sessions needed to be able to switch between Performance and Influencer Marketing sessions, each with their own branding, so the set was lit using LED wash fixtures, and pre-programmed custom lighting states for each of the brands.
PI Live 2018 also saw the return of our ‘Dome Stage’, designed to be positioned in the middle of the exhibition area with a 360-degree presentation space allowing delegates to approach from all angles and join in the discussion. Once again, we created a ‘boxing ring’ LED cube overhead for presentations, and provided clear surround sound.
SXS supported with a number of additional breakout stages, including a silent theatre space, which used headsets as the primary method of audio reinforcement to ensure guests were not disturbed by the exhibition space, and did not contribute to the overall noise level within the venue.
PI Live branding was produced in-house at SXS HQ, including an 8ft tall grass wall with CNC logo, stage print branding, and various other signage.
Finally, we provided full exhibitor support, including provision of LED displays, custom branded charging points, lighting, and any additional production requirements.
