The production for this event needed to be fully inclusive, as well as of course visually stunning for the audience, all on a strict budget to reflect the organisation’s charitable status. We created a wheelchair-accessible stage which dovetailed into the venue’s existing architecture to provide a solution that looked as if it were part of the room. We also created a stage set that reduced the need for virgin and unsustainable materials, instead focusing on the use of screen and LED lighting fixtures to create a backdrop whilst augmenting the venue’s existing architecture.
Finally, we provided print photo backdrops and special effects including confetti cannons to rain over the audience.
