Abri Brand Launch
The Brief:
Following the merger of Yarlington Housing and Radian Homes, our client – now called ‘Abri’ – needed to bring all their employees together, unified under their new identity. During a global travel ban, PYTCH were tasked with ensuring the new Abri vision was communicated and all of Abri’s new team were an engaged part of the organisation’s culture.
The Solution:
We curated an action-packed three-hour online event, to include fashion shows, audience Q&A sessions, and even a comedy sketch featuring members of the C-suite! Our team worked with the senior leadership team to understand the core values of Abri and design a full content package, including digital assets, scripts, and external VTs filmed on-location. This was then stitched into a TV-style broadcast with live presentations from key staff members to articulate the messages whilst keeping all staff members engaged, from managerial staff to cleaning contractors! The broadcast was delivered virtually online, where afterwards the staff could network and discuss the content in intimate online breakout discussions.
