BET Construct Stand - ICE Totally Gaming Expo
The Brief:
As the headline sponsors of one of the largest gaming exhibitions in the world, BET Construct need their presence at the event to be felt, seen, and heard. Taking place at ExCeL London, their team approached PYTCH to deliver a unique, multi-tiered exhibition stand design with a unique twist; a futsal pitch at the centre!
The Solution:
The entire project was planned and delivered within 1 month; a short lead time for such a multi-faceted construction.
PYTCH provided full audio-visual and scenic support for this complex stand build. We worked closely with a dedicated team of structural engineers and builders to create the shell of the stand, and then added layers of production on top. Key highlights include:
- A 24-way networked audio system with controllable speakers throughout the stand.
- Full overhead rigging package
- A bank of large, 4k resolution digital scoreboards flown overhead
- Extensive intelligent and moving-head lighting
- Laying an astro-turf futsal pitch, complete with goal installation and line-marking!
The stand construction took place over three days, and required coordinating multiple teams on tech, structures, and scenic.
The Result:
The most unique and impressive stand at the event, hundreds of guests passed through over the course of the event. It cemented BET construct as THE stand to visit at ICE.
