Burges Salmon AGM
The Brief:
Reaching nearly 1000 employees is difficult. Keeping them engaged for 3 hours is even harder, especially when you need to deliver an important set of key messages. That’s why Burges Salmon came to PYTCH to assist with reaching out to their employees for their annual meeting.
The Solution:
In the post-pandemic world of home working, employees are more disparate, and in some circumstances harder to engage. With the help of PYTCH, Burges Salmon made the brave choice to take their AGM virtual, bringing it to the people. We conducted on-site filming at offices and locations around the UK, focusing on the employees and telling the stories that would resonate with them. We helped produce meaningful digital content and motion graphics to demonstrate the facts and figures, whilst ensuring the video footage was engaging enough to stand on its own. Then, we produced a live-stream of the entire AGM online for all of the employees, including event management support to make sure everyone had the correct details and felt able to view the event.
The Result:
One of the ‘most engaging AGMs to date’. The event had a higher attendance rate than previous years and led to positive feedback from the team.
"I think the AGM looked great and we have had some really good feedback. We have been able to streamline a lot of the processes this year and I think the editing and subtitling was very efficient. Thanks for all the hard work, long hours and answering my 1000 emails, phone calls and questions." - Chantelle Johnson
