The team at Pytch were really excited to be working IABM again this year for BaM Live 2023. BaM Live is a conference and awards show that spreads across three rooms.

The Solution

The Main Stage set was designed to maximise content visibility with a large LED screen backdrop on a raised platform to improve viewing angles. The screen was controlled with one of our Barco E2 image processing units allowing for flexible control over image PiPs. We also installed a 3 point robotic camera control system with IMAG repeater screens either side of the stage. The cameras were all recorded in ISO (each camera records to a separate channel for later use) along with a vision mixed feed with redundancy installed at every point possible. A complimenting lighting set up and sound system were also installed to complete the production.

Two breakout stages were also supplied by PYTCH with an extensive set up of radio mics to cater to larger panel sizes. These also had a camera set up to record each session with audio recorded on the camera.

An onsite content operator was onsite to manage all the data and off load raw recordings to a client hard drive ready for editing before the De-rig had started!

The Result

An incredibly smooth show with an excellent response from both guests and client. Looking forward to next year already!
