Performance:In LIVE & Influencer Marketing Show 2021

The Brief:
PYTCH were tasked with providing technical production and show support for not one but two of PerformanceIn’s combined conference and exhibition events – PI LIVE, the UK’s biggest performance marketing show, and IMS, the brand new Influencer Marketing Show. Both events were to take place back-to-back in the same venue, so it was crucial that the production could be adapted quickly between the two. Additionally, the client wanted to ensure all stages could be viewed online.

The Solution:
PYTCH created a large plenary stage for the keynote presentations, ensuring a unique look and feel whilst retaining ample sponsorship opportunities and taking into account the client’s preference for a wide, shallow design. Branding was achieved through the use of screen content, lighting design, and projection to ensure a smooth changeover between shows. PYTCH also designed a completely unique stage structure – dubbed the ‘Pyramid Stage’ due to its triangular footprint – as a second stage for the exhibition hall, allowing guests to walk past and passively engage in the content. We provided audio-visual support for all exhibitors, ensuring our team were available throughout for any last-minute AV queries. Finally, we also provided logistical support for client assets to ensure everything arrived on-time, in the right place, and ready to go.
