What is the origin of your passion for events?

My passion in events started when I was young, helping out at my family run disco. Along with taking an interest in music, learning to play instruments and performing at small events.

How this led to a career in events?

With music being my main interest which I followed through education, anything 'creative' fascinated me. From filming video's, editing video and audio, animation, art. This drove me to a career in events as it covers all of the areas I'm passionate about, and more.

What is your education & past work background?

Following on from school, I took Music Performance & Production in college, going on to 2 different Uni's studying music. I learned a vast range of musical aspects in my education, from recording in a studio, to composing to film, producing sound effects, playing in bands, producing video's, and live sound. This is my first career job from uni and I'm very lucky to pursue my passion.

What is your favourite project you've worked on?

Lumosphere, because it was great fun producing the soundscapes for it.

What is your biggest passion for your current role?

Anything to do with audio/producing music.
